Aaron has been working in Mining and Infrastructure for the past 18 years, starting his career on the ground and working his way up to specialising in Training, Safety and Recruitment for the past 10 years.
Aaron has established key networks over his working career and this is the pinnacle of our success at Custom Business Solutions. He is dedicated and will ensure that your needs are anticipated before they arise, and professionalism and business results are at the core of his services.
Outside of Custom Business Solutions, Aaron is a proud father and enjoys fitness and the outdoors. After having lived in each different state following contracts for major Mining and Infrastructure projects, he has now settled with his family on the NSW Far South Coast, he cannot imagine living anywhere else and feels privileged to be part of the local community.
